“ They were getting slammed on the Saturday before mothers day. 30 minute wait, so we sat at the bar. We watched as the bartender fought the good fight, trying to manage an over crowded under staffed area. The hostess seated us and was super apologetic for the wait. We were fine with it, but she was really sorry. So, the bartender happened to also be our server. We tried to let her know that we were going to be an easy table, and she spent a minute talking to us. Brandie was super efficient and pleasant under a lot of pressure. The sateed mushrooms and onions are good enough to be an entree. I moaned a bit while eating them. I had the pork ribeye and it was an exceptional dish for 26. The other dishes at our table were the mussels entree (a crap load of large mussels on a bed of pasta). My wife had the veal scallopini, and she loved it. We will definitely make this place a regular for us. The next time you're in a crowded restaurant, take a minute to thank your server. It'll go far. TRY THE CIOPPINO ”
